Last Week I asked what everyone did for family holidays to try to gather ideas for our family this year. I got two responses: Montana and Kootenays!!

Usually we go to B.C. but this year we were trying to think of somewhere new and exciting to visit. The hunt is still on BUT I am looking into Montana!

Now to this week:

My hubby is going to be starting up his own business for construction. He will be meeting with an accountant this weekend. Here is my question:

What questions should he have prepared to ask the accountant?

Tell Me Tuesday!!

Hubby and I are trying to figure out what to do for family holidays this year. We will have a 5 year old boy and a 7 month old girl when we venture out this year.

SO my question this week is:

What do you do for family holidays? or/and Where do you go for family holidays?

(It can be this year or past years. I am just looking for some really good ideas!!)

Father and Son!!

Tornado and Dad have started to go out for lunch every weekend!! Tornado looks forward to this day all week long.

My question today is...

What could Mom and Son do on weekly basis?

I have been picking my brain about this for the past month, since Dad and Son started their lunch dates, and I just can not think of a dang thing.

It is that time again!!!

My question this week:

You all know I am ready to pop anytime now...and I hope it is sooner than later. I REALLY wanted a Feb. baby, because mine and hubby's b-days are in Jan. but Oh My Gosh I am done being pregnant!!! I will settle for a Jan. baby now...Tornado will get the honours of having a birthday in a different month. OK enough blabbing on to the question:

How big do you think this baby girl is going to be?

Past info. that may help you:

Tornado was 5' 10oz and 19 3/4 inches. He was born at 37 weeks.
Well pregnant with Tornado I smoked, yes very bad, I drank caffeine like it was water, I ate like crap, I could not take the vitamins because they made me visit the toilet too often, I worked like a hound dog and all in all was very bad.

With this pregnancy I have not had a cup of coffee or caffeinated drink since the night I found out, and I WANT A COFFEE SO BAD!!! LOL I have eaten relatively healthy, could be better but could be WAY worse. No smoking, no working like a hound dog. Been taking the vitamins since the night I found out too. All in all been trying to follow the rules of being pregnant.

At 36 weeks my belly measured 37 weeks. I have gained 50 pounds, doctor is happy with this because I guess I was under weight when I started.

Ummm I think that is about all I can think of to give you for helping you with the guessing...

This week I sit and wonder if I am ready for the hospital and if I have forgotten anything.

This week I am asking:

What should I pack for the baby and how much of each thing should I pack?

I think I got my bag all good to go BUT just unsure of the baby bag.

In our house the biggest one is opening up ONE present before bed. Last year I also started baking the cookies special for Santa and I am pretty sure we will stick with it!!!

Last Week I asked about Fake or Real Christmas Trees!!

In my house it used to always be a Artificial one because well I set up anywhere from Nov. 1 to the middle of Nov. BUT most of the time it was closer to the 1st!! LOL

Now we ALWAYS get a real one!! We have had a real one for the past 3 years and I would not go back, even though it means I have to wait for the 1st weekend in December!!

Everyone that answered have a Fake Tree!! But there were some that preferred a Real One!!

Last Week I was asking about toys kidlets would like for Christmas.

In my house Tornado would LOVE lots of cars, because this boy does not have enough!! LOL He has about 3 tubs full!! He would also like the talking Buzz Lightyear and Woody from Toy Story 3!!

He really wants a Nerf gun but we are telling him Santa does not bring guns for toys and neither do Mom and Dad. Yes we are cruel BUT the expression on his face Christmas morning when he opens up this GIANT Nerf gun will be worth it!!

This one is for all of you who have kidlets or know kidlets!!

What is the toy/toys they will be asking Santa Claus for? Also, what are they asking Mom and Dad for?

Last Week I asked about back up address books. It appears that I am the only one that is crazy enough to trust technology. LOL Everyone that answered said they had a back up or didn't even have all the information in their phones!!

This question came about because I recently had to take my cell phone in to get repaired. Well silly me had ALL my appointments on the calender on my cell and ALL the numbers I use on a regular basis. SO now I have lost all the information and probably will not get it back because I am assuming it will all be erased when I get my phone back.

End result: Lesson Learned!!

How many of you out there actually have a back up copy of all the phone numbers and addresses that you have stored in your cell phone?

Last Week I asked for help with Tornado's preschool pictures. The outcome was...

PICTURE #3!!!

Now I had lots of people ask me which was my favorite...after LOTS and LOTS of thought and just staring at the proofs I think #1 is my favorite because it shows more of his body. Number 3 is my second favorite because of the SMILE and it just looks fun!! The deciding factor for what pose to get rests on my hubbies shoulders...and he picks #1 but he too likes #3. And if we left it up to Tornado we would be getting all of them!! He just doesn't want to pick ONE!!

Last Week I inquired about where you buy your groceries. I usually do my shopping at Co-op. I like going there because at the end of the year you get money back and most of the time they have really good deals on. We also so a lot of shopping at Costco. I also go where the deals are...so that being said there are weeks I end up at 4 different stores to complete my shopping list.

This Weeks Tell Me Tuesday...

Where do you do most of your grocery shopping? And why?

Last Week was about when to have a baby shower. In the end I think having it after the baby won!! Most people like to meet the baby and that is why.

Myself I prefer before baby so I can spoil the little one before the baby is born. Most of the time the parents already have everything they need before baby is born or would like to have everything before hand.

But really either way works for me too. :)

This time I will be having my Baby Shower before hand, my wonderful Mother is putting it on for me!! Than after baby is born I will have a meet and greet for everyone too!!

Last week TMT I asked your favorite Disney Movie and there were not doubles!! My all time favorite Disney movie is The Lion King!!! I am waiting very impatiently for it to be released again!! I can not wait to watch it with Tornado, I am sure he will LOVE it too!!

Tell Me Tuesday ~ October 12 2010

Last Weeks question really did happen to me. We were out for a nice dinner with my Auntie Kelley, who had come down on a business trip and stopped by for a nice visit with my family. First the service was really really really horrible at the resturant!! Than as we get into our van we here BAM!! This full size truck just smashed into a VERY nice car. I must add as he was backing up he almost hit another vehicle too. To our amazement the truck just sped off. He didn't even get out to see the damage he had done...NOTHING!! I am still in shock how anyone can do this. So my hubby runs and gets his license plate number. He than goes into the resturant, on a Friday night you can imagine how busy it is, to inform the owner of the car. The manager on duty just shrugged it off and said oh well that car has been here all day. Now we find that hard to believe BUT he was not going to help us out. SO we get the license plate of the car that was hit and make our way home. When we get home we phone the police and they give us the run around!! No I am sorry you must call this number...nope you must call this number...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! We just want to help out this person who just had a hit and run done on their vehicle but yet no one can be bothered to help us out!! VERY FRUSTRATING!! In the end we get through to someone that cares enough to take the information and our name and number. We have still not heard back on the situation but we hope we were able to help someone out.

On another note: Tornado has not forgetten about it!! Every police officer we see he tries to drag me over to them so he can tell them what happened that night. Everytime we are in a parking lot he tells the story of what happen. Children are so cute!!

Update on Last weeks TMT question. Me and my hubby have butted heads so many times when it comes to names for our baby. I am just thanking the Lord above that is was not a boy just for the fact that John wanted such WEIRD names!! His name that he was stuck on was Thadeous, how many of you like that name and be honest?!?! Mine for a boy was Ryker, which John did not like. So if it was a little boy growing inside of me I think it would have remained unnamed until the day it was born. LOL

I thought we had a girl name picked out but the more and more I think about it I really like Hannah!! The first name I came up with was Jezzabella, that is now out the door. The second one is Anita. I am just waiting for John to jump on board with either Hannah Anita Anne OR Anita Anne OR maybe one of his own. It is still very much up in the air and we have 19 or so weeks to decide so it just might change a few hundred more times.

Baby Names!!

Now that I am expecting and both me and my hubby are having a very hard time deciding on a name for a boy, we have a beautiful girl name picked out. When it comes to boys he likes the CRAZIEST names out there and disagrees with all of mine. SO I thought it would be fun to get your favorite boy and girl names!! Even if your child is already born, you can use that name!!
SO What is your favorite name for a boy and a girl? AND What are your husbands? I need to know if my husband is the only crazy one out there!! LOL

Last weeks TMT: Ok I must admit I have totally switched out sets too. I never thought of doing it until one day I got home and went to put on a new outfit I just bought for Tornado and to my surprise the top was size 4 and the bottoms size 6!! I never knew people did that before than. LOL When ever I do switch out the sizes I feel guilty SO I try to stay away from sets. Also, after that incident I ALWAYS check the sizes before putting it in my cart.

Here is my question this week:

What do you do when a telemarketer calls? and after you say you are not interested and they still don't get the point what do you do than?
